Bill Mullally has spent 35 years in the financial services industry, and over the past five years, he and his network of lenders have closed over $1 billion in loans. Bill has worked with past winners of the USDA Rural Business and Industry lending “National Lender of the Year Award” and was instrumental in placing the two largest USDA loans in the history of the Renewable Energy Program from the USDA 9003.

After retiring as a South Lake Tahoe, CA Police Detective/Sergeant, Pierre entered the financial services industry in 2017. He has since gained significant expertise in C-PACE financing and USDA B&I and 9003 lending. Pierre has consistently demonstrated a unique ability to interact and communicate effectively with law enforcement and government agencies at all levels and manage complex investigations and projects through completion.
